Friends

My MacBook (MacBook Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016) is continuously crashing for the past 1 month. I took it to the Apple store and they flashed new OS and shared the laptop back and again Mac started crashing again. I have only Microsoft office loaded and predominantly in Outlook usage it crashes. Even while not working on outlook as well, Mac crashes. Attached crash report. I have all the crash reports with me

Request your help and all the crash reports are attached.

Thanks
Ganesh

Dear Zazoh,

Thanks for your response

Outlook Version is Outlook for Mac 16.11

Office version 2016 for Mac

My laptop does not have any software other than office 2016 and predominantly crashes while dealing with outlook.

Thanks
Ganesh

If it crashes before you even run Outlook let us know.

A corrupt email in Outlook can cause issues (crashes) but I'm not sure about kernel panics.

Test a new user account.

Hi Brian, Let me move all the mails into a Windows PST and try the same. You thought is indeed making sense of a potential possibility

Indeed few times (Initial crash files which I attached) where Mac crashes, when I opened two excel files.

Thanks
Ganesh
