Macbook isight vs isight camera

I have a late 2006 macbook and I was wondering the quality difference in the built in isight vs one of those from the powermac g5 days, the external one, I know they both have the same specs. Has anyone used both of those before and which one truly has the better quality?

About the same in my experience. A top end Logitech or Microsoft camera will be far better than either.
