Dear Forum users, I've just received my new MacBook with Core 2 Duo (latest revision available). I've downloaded BootCamp (rel 1.1.2), prepared the drivers CD, partitioned my HD and started my MacBook with the MS Windows XP Pro SP2 cd.

The problem is that my keyboard does not respond.

Here are the detailed specs:

  • I'm using a MacBook with Core 2 Duo with italian keyboard
  • I'm using a MS Windows XP Pro with SP2 italian version

I've also tried with the MSDN cd version but it does not work.

Any hint for me?

Best regards.

The boot camp install guide suggests using a USB keyboard for the install, then after that when you load the mac drivers the laptop's keyboard should work.
