My macbook air m1 goes to a strange mode sometimes, when it wakes the external monitor every 45 seconds... You can see it in the "pmset -g" log:

I have a feeling that this stops when the battery is fully charged... I have tried to turn the optimized charging off but it did not help... It's driving me crazy, the monitor is turning off and on constantly.
I have it connected to OWC Thunderbold hub and USB-C - DP cable (LG 4k 27")

I have disabled tcpkeepalive and powernap in pmset (though as I understood powernap can't really be turned off)

Code:
System-wide power settings:
Currently in use:
 powernap 0
 SleepServices 0
 womp 0
 networkoversleep 0
sleep 1 (sleep prevented by powerd)
 Sleep On Power Button 1
 ttyskeepawake 1
 tcpkeepalive 0
 disksleep 10
 standby 1

Pmset assertions don't show anything suspicious

Code:
(base) ice29@vMBA29 ~ % pmset -g assertions
2021-04-02 11:19:37 +0200

It behaves the same when I turn off the USB3 hub where I have connected the devices listed above, so it is not caused by them...

Any ideas what this could be caused by? The only discussion about this I found is on this chinese forum - translated-link
It's also mentioned here, but with a different wake cause - macrumorsforum
