Yup, the specs seem to match up. As far as quality goes, I have no idea. I've never bought Crucial RAM before. Not a bad price, especially if you've never used Google Checkout before and get an additional $10 off.

Crucial is a solid brand, I personally prefer Corsair, but Crucial is solid.

Thanks! Yeah... I knew Crucial was a good brand. The only reason I was worried is because the manufacture numbers on Crucial.com when you go through there "Memory Advisor Tool" didn't match up with the ones at buy.com.... though upon searching Crucial.com for the manufacture number listed on buy.com showed that they do still sell that item.

I was looking to upgrade my MacBook's RAM and I found this thread. Looks like a pretty good deal to me so I ordered it. My MacBook currently has 1GB of RAM and I'm most likely going to be upgrading to Leopard soon so I want to get ready. Am I going to see a noticeable difference going from 1GB to 2GB? My MacBook is a 2.0Ghz Core 2 Duo.

I too, would like to know the answer to this. I am in the same situation. I opened all the apps I normally use, but all at the same time. Things were noticeably slowed, but still completely usable.

Is it really worth going from 1 to 2 GB? Does it do enough to warrant the purchase?
