Hi an hour ago my MacBook mid 2010 has had contact with some water. The Mac suddenly did stop working. After I opened the case the MacBook slighted out of my hands a little bit and after that I saw that some nipples are broken. I don't know if it was before. Does all these nipples have to be intact? Or might the MacBook work even these nipples are broken?

To clarify I mean the nipple Right next to the torx screw.

The mainboard has more than 10 of them.

I assume you have a 15" machine. Looking at the other side of the logic board from iFixit's teardown here, what you're calling "nipples" appear to be the rear of two types of retainers. One type (which seems to correspond with your photo) look like studs which could be stand-offs, grounding pins or fasteners. The other type appear to be essentially nuts for components screwed in on the other side of the logic board (like the processor heatsink). Since the one you highlighted appears to be attached in a rivet-like fashion, I wouldn't consider it "broken" - rather just the way it was put together.
