Macbook Multi Touch?

Hello,
I have a White Macbook 4,1 (Early 2008). I have just upgraded to 10.6 but still no multi touch! I mean I dont understand I can scroll with two fingers so why cant I pinch. The track pad can track two fingers?

Please enlighten me 😕

Two finger scroll is common on many PC laptops as well.

Apple's stance is that the hardware in the plastic macbooks does not support 3-4 finger gestures.

It's been discussed MANY MANY times around here in the recent past, sorry.

Like I said, two finger scrolling != multi-touch. Tons of PC laptops do that move as well.

Look, it is what it is. If you want any more answers call up Apple support but you're going to get the same answer that can be found in 10+ threads from this forum.
