Macbook Neo setup - mistakes in selection and want to avoid resetting up again

Set up new N+MB Neo but accidentally selected save desktop and documents to iCloud - how can I change this to save to the MB Neo hard drive instead I case I am somewhere without I Internet connection and cannot access my files.

Also I accidentally misspelled my user name - can I also easily change this without having to delete everything and reinstall

System Settings —> Apple Account —> Saved to iCloud (Drive) —> Desktop and Documents Folders. Toggle that off.

System Settings —> Users & Groups —> Your Account (i) —> User name, feel free to change it here.
