hey guys sorry to post two threads in one day but jsut today when i got my mac
i realised the lid dosent align well with the base
then i went to put my macbook pro on my desk and noticed that the computer dosent even lay flat!
it rocks from the bottom left to the top right very noticeably
this isnt a picky problem
the laptop should lay flat
anyone else have this problem.?

you know what, i was on your side at first, now your just annoying. you dont need to make new threads for each issue. RETURN THE THING!

Chill.

No, my computer doesn't have that problem. Try putting it on the floor (if you have tile or wood) and see if it still does it.

Wow that stinks :(
I guess you've got another reason to have your parents drive you to the store.

If it really doesn't lay flat, the bottom is bent, which may also explain the lid being misaligned. Haul that thing down to the Apple store and see what they say.

yeah you guys are deff right
i have an older friend that can take me
thanks guys for the help
unlike ihonda who never contributes anything useful to my threads
but thanks guys appreciate it

Funny thing, I just got my new macbook pro yesterday and I have the same issue. glad to know i'm not the only one. i unscrewed the bottom and tried to align it myself, its a lot better now but still a bit wobly...
