MacBook not showing up in "My Support Profile"

    Hello,

    I am sure I registered my MacBook Pro Retina 15" late 2013 to my Apple ID when I first got it, but when I go to "My Support Profile" it won't show up as a registered device.

    My iPhone 5S which I too registered doesn't show up either, however my old iPhone 5 and my iPad 4 do.

    Is anyone experiencing the same issue and know a fix for it ?

    There should be an option on that page to register them by inputting the serial number.

    Yeah, I tried that, but when I click on continue it loads for ever and nothing happens.

    Call AppleCare. They should be able to get it straightened out.

    I had something similar with my rMBP. I called AppleCare about it, and they said to not worry about it. They were able to pull up my AppleCare coverage when I gave them the serial #.
