macbook pro 13" 2010 + ocz vertex 2 = problems?

Just installed a 240GB Vertex 2 in my mid 2009 MBP (FW version 1.29). No freezes/hiccups so far.

It wakes from sleep just fine, but I haven't had the battery run down far enough to test hibernation yet.

I have an OCZ Vertex 2 SSD and I have not had any problems. In fact, I have two of them in my 13" MBP running raid. I either shutdown my laptop or just close the lid and either way I have no problems.

Do you loose battery live?

Another was to turn the Sudden Motion Sensor (SMS) off (use Terminal and: sudo pmset -a sms 0).

That part makes sense for any SSD.. It's overhead that's not needed. Since it's designed to park the heads on a HDD in the event of sudden motion and SSD's obviously have no heads.

I might go for the 240 GB Vertex 2 now (was considering the Vertex 3 first). Everything still going smoothly?
