MacBook Pro 13'' 2019 and Belkin Adapter

Does anybody can tell if this HDMI adapter will handle 4K@60Hz on external display (SAMSUNG 43'' 2017 TV UHD) with MacBook Pro 13'' 2019 (2xTB3) ?
Connection: MacBook with Belkin adapter -> HDMI 2.0 cable -> HDMI 2.0 TV

It literally says it supports 4k@60hz what else could you want to know?

I was just asking cause there's a lot of adapters out there which for some reason doesn't work with MBP even when manufacturer states different.
