MacBook pro 13 dim green light

Hi guys sry for my bad english..

so i bought an dead macbook pro 13 on ebay it has the dim green light problem so i found a fix

but after chacking dose part with multimeter ther is no problem but the macbook dose not start



i have bridget the red line and macbook turns on and charge battarie but this does not work amymore
macbook battarie is at 80% but macbook does not start

anyone can help me?

MacBook back alive but no keyboart light and some keys dosnt work
is it possible, the keyboard makes the issue?
