Macbook Pro 13, is anyone getting 10 hours?!?

I just got a new mbp 13 last week. Super excited but I haven't been able to get 10 hours of battery life. With half dim, bluetooth off looking at pictures on facebook i get 8 hours tops. Can anyone help me out??

The claimed battery life usually are under extreme circumstances. Usually just a marketing ploy to sell.

8 hours is pretty good if you ask me, considering what you're doing with it.

Same, I'm hitting about 6-8 hours under 'normal' usage. I can't really complain though, it's pretty good for me.

I once took it to work w/out the charger, and using vmware, flash, ppt, excel, it lasted me at least 5 hours.
