Macbook pro 13 mid 2011 1280x800 --> FullHD

Hello guys,
This question is driving me crazy: Is it possible to swap(upgrade)the display matrix to FullHD one(1920x1080)?

This will be the perfect upgrade for the old(or new macs) with 1280x800 resolution. You can easily find a FullHD 13" display with LVDS connector, but I'm not sure if the pin alignment is the same.

Any technical guy who is willing to help? 🙂

P.S For all the native speakers - please excuse me if you find any mistakes - I'm trying... 🙂
