MacBook Pro 13 nTB Screen Resolution

Hi there,

I would like to ask you about the screen resolution of rMBP 13,3.

The default screen resolution is 1440x900 but I see the more space option which is 1680 x 1050.

As I need the more space option in order to develop websites, I would like to ask if you use this option and if you faced any lag, battery performance issues etc.

I always use 1680X1050 and don 't feel any lag!

I wonder why 1680x1050 isn't the default resolution? I am sure there is a reason.

Every UI element looks too small on that resolution. I use that when I really need the screen estate. Otherwise, I turn it down to the default scaled resolution.
