Is it normal that the keys in the middle of the keyboard are a lot clicker than the ones around the outside, which can be pressed silently?

Im fed up with this keyboard Mine is for a swap in repair bus aleady for over one week! they told me it would take only 24h

I had the same problem with my Mbp 2017. The click went away after a week. Apple really dropped the ball with 2016/17 Mbp keyboards.

i just got my tb 13 this morning and currently setting it up. the keys all sound the same to my ears. this mbp is replacing a late 13 mbp and so far i am very impressed on the build quality and just the exceptional design. i know we pay out the rear for these laptops but i dont mind so much now. i can unlock this thing with my watch! how cool is that?

keep sharing your experiences - otherwise Apple will deny there is a problem
some members here have even tried to downplay the keyboard issues

No everyone admits there are some keyboard issues, but many members really like the new keyboards clickiness and all, now if they aren't working getting stuck double typing etc that is an issue rather than preference.

The same on mine 2017 nTB MPB 13. Keys in the middle click louder and more clicky than those closer to the outside. I am using this mac only for 1 week since I've bought it. Maybe it will go away with time, will see.
