Will the MacBook Pro 14" with the M3 Pro chip fully support 5K 120 Hz on the Studio Display XDR? I think I read here in another thread that Thunderbolt 4 does not have the bandwidth required for uncompressed 5K 120 Hz like Thunderbolt 5 does thus there will be some compression(?). Also, will the M3 Pro + Studio Display XDR allow me to use all the features available on the monitor?

Would appear so, although you will need Tahoe macOS 26. Scroll to "Compatibility" section.
