Macbook Pro 15, 2016 vs 2017. Which should I buy?

Hello everybody

I want to buy a new macbook pro 15 inc laptop. I have two choice but I can not decide.

One is 2016 version it is 2099 USD in B&H Photo

The other one is 2017 version and it is 2599 usd in amazon, b&h and Apple education store.

Is the 2017 model worth to pay more than 500 USD? I will use it more office works and video editing, no game.
B&H photo discount will end in one day, Should I wait for black friday?

Well the later machine has built in H.265 decoding because its Kaby-lake this will be important going forward for 4k editing so I would go for that if you can. Who knows what black Friday may bring, not a lot for apple I expect and its not the super deals we were getting a few years ago if last year is anything to go by.
