Hello everyone. When my macbook pro touch bar is turned off (in macbook stand by), a little square of light pixels remains, and sometimes shakes too. Turning the bar back on, everything returns to normal. Tips ?

I have the same issue. Unless you have extended warranty, you are in for a surprise. I brought my 2017 15" MBP to Apple, they couldn't fix it on time, because there's a lot of parts involved just for the Touchbar. I had to leave on a trip, and I was left with an unrepaired MBP, out of warranty, and Apple wouldn't sell me Apple Care even when they didn't fix my laptop in the first place.
It seems to be just an aesthetic issue, at least for now.

from what I have read it gets much much worse hopefully a repair program comes out soon for this as the entire logic board has to be replaced. contact apple over the phone and explain your situation as you attempted to get it fixed before the expiration.
