Hello! I have a MacBook Pro A1398 15" Late 2013 without SSD disk. I wanna buy an cheap M2 adapter and some normal AHCI (non NVME) SSD disk - will it work without hibernation issues? I know I can use NVME but I don't wanna have an issues. I don't need high transfers. Thanks.

Your MacBook will have hibernation issues with an nvme drive unless it is flashed with a modded bootrom.

Your MacBook should be running at least a high Sierra bootrom too.

Non-Apple ahci drives haven't been made for a while so you may have to buy one on the used market.

Using an ahci drive is no guarantee that hibernation will work.

Drives that use the sata 1/2/3 protocol will not work in your MacBook pro.

Im running Mojave on that 2013 so I will have a sleep issue with NVME disk right? Can I upgrade a BOOTROM with NVME support without special equipment?

Yes, you can't use hibernation mode 25 with a nvme drive unless you flash a modded bootrom and a modded bootrom can only be flashed with specific equipment.
