So, my laptop is at 90% power, and says I only have 3 hours and 50 minutes left. I have brightness all the way down, and Im using integrated graphics. Apple claims that I would get 8-9 hours on a single charge, which I am not getting. What gives?

Have a look at Activity Monitor ( Applications / Utilities / ) and select All Processes and sort by CPU to see what the culprit may be.
