MacBook Pro 15 dont start

Hi guys, I have just bought my first MacBook Pro, the first day worked perfectly but today when I was on the web the machine didn't response so I turned off with the power bottom... Then it didn't start anymore and just show a question mark.

What do you guys think it is ? ... Thank you ..


Ps: is the MacBook retina display 15

I went to a official reseller of apple, and it seems is the sdd... They will order a new one and replace it
