    Neither, save your money and 1333mhz modules. Your mac cannot take advantage of anything faster.

    It is a waste of money. Get something like this

    Everything faster doesn't get you anything it only costs more.

    1600 is supported but the speed difference is like 0.1% which means practically none existent and definitely not worth more than 2 or 3 extra $$.
