Macbook pro 15" Mid 2015 Display issue

Its been a week since i bought a Macbook pro Retina 15" Mid 2015 and suddenly this happens. This is the first time it happened had to force reboot and I'm worried it will happen again. What should i do ? do i need to go for a replacement ?
