As I had mentioned earlier in the thread, those temps are hotter than I experience.

When I am at idle, the CPU core temps are in the upper 30's based on Intel Power Gadget. As you can see below, I had iTunes running and was streaming a song, Safari was open and I was creating a post, and Mail was open. You can see spikes in activity from when I was moving from app to app. The processor may have gone up to 50 degrees, but quickly settles back down to 40 or lower. Clearly the 2015 15" MBP doesn't idle (CPU < 5%) in the 50's.

When I am actually doing something, they do increase fairly quickly. In the below screenshot, the CPU core temps are in the mid- to upper-60's while I am running a Crashplan backup, streaming iTunes, and have a Safari window open. CPU load is at 20%.

What could it depend on? Someone has a cool machine, someone not too.
My problem is more annoying. My 2.8/R9 370x is whining unbearably often without a real need or reason. I wrote a thread about that https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/a1398-2015-wearisome-fan-whine.2234362/
I simply can't do anything normally because fans kick right after I open Cinema 4D with the lightest possible model, or sometimes when I browse web, it's stupid and irritating.
And nobody can tell what is that behaviour and how to make it behave reasonably
