Macbook Pro 15 retina battery replacement issue

Has anyone had this issue ?
My third replacement battery for macbook pro 15 retina from ebay and same issue (replace the battery message and not charging)
now rumors has it /it can be fixed by doing something to a controller on the battery.
i can send this one back (again) but i have the feeling next one is going to be the same
Also its 100% battery issue because old one works
any help would be appreciated

It's cheap fake batteries on eBay causing this.

I'm surprised you needed to change your battery so soon.
