Macbook pro 17 inch 2006 black screen

The problem is the macbook pro 17inch 2006, when i start it, it stay black screen and the caps lock light didn't turn on, wat problem pls help me.Thanks

Another problem is i have insert a cd inside and now it stuck inside the macbook.
Pls help
