Macbook Pro 2.0ghz Burn Speeds

I should probably know this, as I've had my MBP for over a year, but I'm in need of new blank cds and dvds. My drive is the MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-857. What speed DVD+R and CD-R should I buy?

Verbatim is one the best brands for blank DVDs, and I've had good luck with Sony CDs in the past

If im judging your model right, i think the maximum speed is 4x according to this (scroll to the bottom part of page)
