hey , does anyone know if the cinema display 24'' will work on the macbook pro 2010 ? i mean , the magsafe , is the magnetic one , or the cinema has the old magsafe ?

What? All magsafes are magnetic. All magsafe plugs will physically fit into any magsafe port.
It will work fine, whether the magsafe is White Plastic surround or Aluminium surround - it will power your 2010 MBP fine (I use both with all my Magsafe compatible laptops - all charge just fine with either)
