Is it new? If so return it for a replacement. My first Macbook pro had weird green lines on the screen and apple replaced it no worries.

I am looking into returning it, but I was wondering if it was an issue involving Google Chrome, It does seem to only happen when I am using that browser

Is this a 2012 MBP (the ones released on June 11th)? The crash references the HD 4000 graphics (Ivy Bridge) so I'm guessing it is.

Many people have reported identical crashes from using Chrome on the new Ivy Bridge machines. My guess is it's a driver issue, a Chrome issue, or a combination. I doubt it's faulty hardware because of the number of people who seem to have this issue. Probably will be fixed via an OSX or Chrome software update soon.

this. It has happened to so many people that is has to be a chrome issue that can be fixed with an update.

Yes I agree, I will just use safari, the web browser I use isn't that important to me, I was just using Chrome because thats what I used on my windows computer, Thanks for the help
