I sent my MacBook Pro in for repair yesterday they got it today and it's done fixing today.

I sent it due to the computer making a clapping noise on the back of apple logo if I tilt computer and loud fan noise .

The fixed it one day Apple quoted 7-10 day.

How can they finish a repair in one day ?

Apple Stores normally do the repairs in the evenings. If they have the part in stock, it will likely be done in a couple of days, unless the repair is seriously difficult.

They quote 7-10 working days to absolutely err on the side of caution for legal reasons, and possibly psychological reasons too. If they said 3, some toilet brush of a human would probably sue if it went over that time. And any repair is practically guaranteed to be completed within 10 days anyway.

So if 99% of people get their repaired completed in well under the expected time they were told, consumers are more grateful and impressed too. It's sad, but the world we live in. Underpromise, over-deliver. Win-win.

They tightened the loose piece on the back of the apple logo that made the noise I thought they was going to replace some parts .
How do you know what they did? And ultimately they were supposed to solve the issues that it was sent in for, so if the issues are resolved, then that would be it, right?

Evidently they didn't need too.
To bad the other two times I brought it to store the replaced the fan to try to solve issue. Well I hope this time what ever they tighten fixed my issue.( it's coming tommorw at 10:30 am )

You sent it in for repair, so what did you expect? They also don't give you a new car when you bring it in for a warranty repair.
Lenovo does do that they did it with my cousin laptop when they couldn't repair it no more.

If they repaired the MacBook for your specific issue indicated, you need to not worry about other problems that don't exist. It's currently repaired and that's all that matters.
Things that I notice after the repair the design capacity in coconut battery has dropped from 97% before I left to 92.7 % and the paper says they didn't repair anything it under apple specs.
