I've got a 2015 13" retina MBP, which works perfectly well.
However, my SO recently purchased a base 2020 13" MBP, and I was absolutely amazed at how superior its audio is in comparison to mine. The medium and bass are a lot more present and result in a much better-rounded sound.
Hence my question: is this all hardware? Or are there any good software options to improve the sound quality of my older MBP?
