MacBook Pro 2017 black screen with chime

Hi. My MacBook Pro 2017 will turn on but the screen is black.

I have done the following:
-reset the PRAM
-reset the SMC
-held power and restarted
-tried to put into sleep
-entered password as normal
-adjusted the brightness

I also hooked it up to out tv via hdmi cable. The only thing that displayed was the reset the password box, which I did for three times. When I restart after resetting the password, nothing happens.

Anything else I can try?
