macbook pro 2017 nTB with 24" QHD display

i am planning for a purchase and i need some help.


is the 2017 macbook pro nontouchbar able to drive a 24" quad HD monitor for office (word, excel, powerpoint) and multimedia (safari, itunes) without the cooling fans kicking in?


any thoughts?
