MacBook Pro 2018 auto turn on

Hello,

Is there any way to turn off "auto turn on" on keypress or touchpad press?
I know that there is a terminal command for turning off on opening lid, but haven't seen any commands for pressing keys/pressing touchpad.

It is annoying gotta say, I want to have the notebook really turned off when I turn it off.

The thing is when I am cleaning the keyboard/touchpad, it turns on, which is annoying and after that, the keyboard and touchbar goes apesh*t when I am cleaning up the keys.

Clean it while it's awake...
...open an empty text file/whatever & clean away...
get a keyboard cover,
wear a bib...
