Macbook pro 2018 Safari 12.0.1 fullscreen issue

Now with the latest update, the little glitches in fullscreen are gone but now from time to time, when you are watching in fullscreen on youtube and the time bar is getting away, small video flickering happens

Tested on MBP 2018 latest Mojave
