hi all...i want to buy my first macbook and i am between the macbook pro 2019 128gb and the new macbook air 2020 256gb...anyone who haw bought the MBP 128 gb is enough? how much is the free space? i want the laptop for my college which means that i need office word,pages,safari and affinity photo too...i do not want to put more money...thank you

You will quickly find 128GB to be too little storage. I would not recommend it.
 
I could never do with 128GB, especially on my laptop where I store some high-res images that I have processed. But everyone is different. I would think that the OP would want look at a minimum of 256GB.

I have a 2019 MBP with 256GB with LR, PS and full MS Office suite loaded (plus some web sized JPG's of images I processed). I have an external HDD that I store all my RAW files and processed images. I still have 158GB of available space left which should be plenty enough for me.

So if I were the OP, I would go with MBA and the extra storage.
 
There is no reason to go with 128GB anymore. After a year or two you will have storage issues when you install more apps, download more media, or update Mac OS. 256GB is the bare minimum for Mac OS and Windows 10 today.

Or why not go with 512GB?
