My macbook pro 13inch 2019 screen is glitching and showing weird discoloration on the left side. This started as a glitch when I turned off the computer showing a flash of color and then shutting down. I thought it was not an issue since everything was working properly but then one day the screen color was not showing properly on the left side as you can see on the pictures. Maybe it’s a bad connector I don’t know. Anyone can help on this issue please.

Is it possible that the lid was closed while there was something laying on the keyboard? To me, appears to be a defective LCD. If it was a cable, you would lose pixels in a complete vertical or horizontal strip. Much like a stuck on pixel - something compressed onto the LCD display?
