Macbook Pro A1502 early 2015, broken screen

Hi all,
I have mentioned MacBook Pro, unfortunately the screen is broken. Few weeks ago screen mirroring with HDMI cable worked and currently not works. Is there any way how to turn on the mirroring after turning on the device? Or why it is not work anymore? I decided to replace screen, but I am not sure if there is another problem and after replacing the screen MacBook won't work overall. Not skilled owner of MacBook, only beginner.
