My MbproRetina is already 2 weeks in repair at the official reseller where i bought it

i also have applecare

Someone told me about a maximum term of 2 weeks. Can anyone tell me about this?

And should I write a letter to apple about this?

This really is frustrating. They also cznt provide me with an other macbook to use in the meantime

Depending on the state there are some provisions for extending the service term based on how long you are out of a unit. Such as in Tennessee. Unfortunately I don't think there is any thing in the terms about a maximum repair term. However if it's been 2 weeks and the repair location can't provide an ETA for repair I would call the main Apple Care support line and complain.
