i dont know about those survey sites, but some of the free sites are legit. Check out anything*****.com. Its just a forum site and it has a rating system for all of the free sites. you can talk to people on the forums about how everything works and theres even a system where people can "trade" or pay for referrals.

I know theres some stuff in the rules about pyramid schemes and such, but im not posting my referal link or anything, just informing you of a way to make some money. I am also in no way affiliated with any of these sites, I just have good things to say about them.

I just remember my first year in college i made $1200 and got a free nano, shuffle, and 3 video ipods (2 of which i gave away as gifts). Transcendant Innovations was the best of all of the sites. just make sure you follow their TOS or they will screw you over.

I believe that depends on whether it is a disease or an infection.

The correct term now is STI regardless of what it is. STD and Venereal Disease is being phased out (VD is almost out anyway).

Look around your house and look for stuff to sell. I know what you mean by middle of nowhere as I know ppl that are really from middle of nowhere after I visited their farms. I am from a city, so finding a job to make a little money was never an issue.

Other than that, it is going to be hard to find a job to pay for this if I think your situation is what I think it is unless your parents are willing to pay the rest.
