When using my bluetooth Bose QC35 headphones with my MacBook pro, the audio isn't synced with the video correctly, and it is pretty noticeable when watching movies. Any ideas on how to fix this? And also with these headphones the audio is significantly quieter than through the speakers or with wired headphones. I have to turn the volume almost all the way up while with wired headphones I don't even turn it up to half. Are these common issues and any ideas on how to fix them?
Thanks

There was an update for the QC35 last week or the week before. Do have the new firmware?

I have QC35 and have not noticed any delay.

As for the volume, you have two independent volume controls. The QC35 volume and the MacBook's volume. Spend a few minutes getting them synced up and everything will be fine.
