So after installing 10.9 my computer was laggy as could be. So for Black Friday I grabbed 16gb ram and 250 Samsung evo ssd.
Wow! What a difference seriously times boot up ready to go at 11 seconds I couldn't believe it, although that's with clean install and not touched.
My only problem I used aperture to create a vault to backup my pics to external hdd, now it says that I don't have permissions and it can't be restored.
Any tips for fixing this? I had over 16gb of pics. I tried holding command and option while opening the library but didn't work said something like needs to be updated but I did the backup on 10.9...
