Macbook Pro can't log in?

Hello:

Thanks in advance for the help. I have a macbook pro running Snow Leopard and have forgotten the log in password. I have tried putting the SL CD in and pressing the C key to get it. That doesn't work. I don't remember the answer to my password questions either :( I have forgotten the password and simply cant get in the computer. Are there any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
