What will you use it for?
Based off what you said I’d say go for 16” for the following reasons:
- You seem to be OK with the larger size
- Discrete graphics will come in handy
- The speakers on the 16” destroy the 13”
- The screen size is majestic on the 16” for productivity vs the 13”
- Better cooling and performance on 16”
16” will always be better in almost every way imaginable. Except portability
