About 4 months ago, I posted about fixing a macbook after a coffee spill and that everything worked except the keyboard. Now, when it starts, it will go to a whitish/gray screen with an Apple logo and a loading bar. After it loads about halfway, it will go to the normal boot-up screen and then stop booting, and turn off. I think that it is a HDD problem, but what are your thoughts on it.

MacBook Pro does not boot

Yep, does the same thing no matter what. Swapped the drive in my 2011 Mac mini and it did the same thing. Now i'm convinced that it is a Drive problem.
After trying to boot into recovery, it shows a gray screen with a lock symbol and a text field. I tried entering administrative passwords, but nothing would let me through.
