I just enabled WPA encryption on my router and now my macbook won't automatically connect to my router. I have to select my router in the wireless menu and then it joins. I don't have to type in my encryption key, I have my key stored in my keychain. Before I enabled encryption my macbook connected just fine. I'm have 10.4.11 and a D-Link DIR-655 router.

I'm using Leopard but I believe the procedure is the same for Tiger.

System Preferences, Network, Advanced, Airport. Check "Remember any network this computer has joined"

Regards.
