looking to buy this on ebay.

how was this model? how is the screen?

looking at the 4gb ram with i7 processor.....

going for about 11-1200 on ebay... good deal?

showing worth about 1500 so the price they have isnt bad. just keep thinking to spend a little extra and get the newer model :confused:
Or, spend a little bit less extra and pimp that sucker out with the most ram it will hold and the biggest SSD you can afford.

When you're talking about a 'little bit extra', you're talking about twice what you'll be spending on the ebay model, assuming you'll buy the base rMBP. For a roughly a third of that, you can have the functional equivalent of it, sans the retina display, extra TB port and USB3.

It's a 2011 model, and not a 2010 model, right?

yeah i think i can update in the future.... 2011 model, it as 8 gb ram, 1 TB space and 2 ghz processor... can the processor be upgraded?

It takes up to 16 gb of ram....which is selling for $80-100 on newegg, and the HD can take a larger and/or faster HDD or an SSD! Both of which are user serviceable parts.

Processor, and for that matter the GPU, not so much.

Wait, a 2ghz processor? Eh, that doesn't sound like a 2011....:confused:

There was a 2GHz i7 quad core in the early 2011 models. It was the 2635QM.
