...has just appeared in the App Store's update section for me.

Described as correcting behaviour "that can cause a MacBook Pro to hang under high-cpu load".

I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro - I've installed the update and rebooted (took about five minutes to complete the installation).

Nothing immediately obvious; but I've never seen my MBP "hang" when under heavy load though!
